Recently refurbished the Stables boasts an unique atmosphere right in the centre of the historic village of Betws-y-Coed, with alfresco dining in our large beer garden, a host of live music events , plasma TV's to watch all the live sports internationals and an extensive menu with fabulous specials board

Bistro Betws Y Coed
Family run, popular bistro with Seasonal, Welsh menus which include adaptions of traditional meals (some dating back to Medieval times) as well as their own modern dishes using suppliers of produce from the Conwy Valley. Lamb, wild pigeon and free range eggs and duck from Penmachno, Pheasant from Tal-y-Cafn, Fresh fish from The Conwy estuary and local rivers,often caught by the Chefs themselves.

We pride ourselves on offering quality, homemade, and locally sourced produce ensuring that what we sell is " fair to the grower and fair to the consumer " The Cafe offers beautiful views down the valley towards Betws Y Coed and is at the start of the Machno valley which leads to Penmachno and then onto Cwm Penmachno. The Cafe is situated on the edge of a 10 Acre SSSI woodland which leads to the Conwy Falls Waterfall. If you like very good Food, Coffee or have a taste for different Teas then you can't go far wrong with what we have to offer ( Monthly Specials ) Our Pizza nights are now Friday and Saturday 6pm-9pm you can now call to order a takeaway pizza on tel 01690 710696 We recently had a review in the Daily Post for our Pizza nights

The Grill Bar
Refurbished early last year the Grill Bar now has a defined contemporary feel – local materials and suppliers were used in the redesign and the wooden flooring in the conservatory area is wind fall seasoned oak from the hotel's own grounds. Traditional food with a contemporary twist The menu reflects the ambiance and offers a wide choice of traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Also look out for the Specials Board which offers seasonal dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients.
